What you’ll be doing

• Manage a team of Transaction Monitoring Analysts, making sure the structure of the team fits 3S Money’s goals and objectives
• Ensure the screening alerts, quality of investigations, escalations and key processes are inline with our regulatory requirements and expectations. Our regulators are currently the FCA, CSSF, DFSA and MAS
• Continuously improve the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of the team, resourcing it correctly as the business grows
• Manage key stakeholders such as Client Managers and Business Heads by knowing when to be flexible and when to take a strong decision
• Be a key point of contact for the MLRO’s and maintain continuous dialoge so they feel supported and are informed of any emerging risks, or changes in the team
• Report the teams KPIs, targets, issues, and concerns to the Global Head of Compliance and Risk, as well as the Country MLRO’s and Business Heads on a monthly basis
• Manage adhoc projects when they arise

About you, you have

• A minimum of 5 years experience leading a Transaction Monitoring Team
• Experience in a regulated Institution such as Payments services, Banks, Foreign Exchange or others
• An ability to manage staff in multiple jurisdictions on multiple timezones, straddeling any cultural hurdles that may arrise
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to adapt in a fast growing organisation
