Performance Marketing Manager

As our new Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be playing a key role in our marketing team, developing the main source for generating leads for 3S Money. Collaborating and strategising with our Performance Marketing Lead, you'll be building our new paid social channels, identifying potential future problems and solving them effectively. You'll seek new and exciting opportunities to optimise our marketing efforts, conversions, landing pages and much more.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage our Digital Marketing agency to optimise and hit conversion targets for our international SEM campaigns.
• Collaborate with our Digital Marketing agency to launch and test Paid Social campaigns. Support them with audience selection, creative copy and creative ads.
• Focus on set KPIs across the conversion funnel and optimise towards lower funnel conversions to directly impact business goals.
• Generate clear and concise reports using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Paid Social platforms as well as data from our internal data platform, Power BI.
• Create landing pages for SEM campaigns and set up tests for highest volume search terms, improve conversion rates, analyse test results and share learnings.
• Keyword research and competitor analysis using Semrush and provide next step recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure coherent and consistent messaging across all paid channels for ad copy, landing pages and banner ads.

A little bit about you

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managing SEM campaigns.
• Experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
• Proven history of successful delivery of performance focused SEM campaigns.
• Must have hands-on experience in managing SEM campaigns gained working for a media agency or client side.
• Deep understanding of the ins-and-outs of creating campaigns and equally knowledgeable on the technical side that includes tracking of performance data.
• Someone who takes the initiative and is not afraid to dive into data to identify performance issues as well as opportunities.
• Expert level knowledge of SEM best practice.
• Some experience in managing a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent knowledge in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and good presentation skills.
• B2B experience would be great but it’s not a must have.
