What you’ll be doing
Regulatory requirements:
- Ensure that the Branch is in full compliance with local regulatory requirements at any time
- Design and implement the necessary policies and procedures to achieve compliance with local requirements
- Ensure that the branch perform its obligations regarding Reporting Requirements to the local authorities
- Report to the Board of the Luxembourg entity, reporting line to the management of the Luxembourg entity
Administrative responsibilities:
- ensure that the Branch fulfils all the needs when it comes to administrative establishment: register of Commerce, VAT, Taxes…for example
- Be the point of contact for government authorities
Culture & Community
- Culture, process and policy champion: Overseeing that the Dutch Branch of 3S Money Luxembourg adheres to existing policy to ensure that there is a consistent execution of operational best practices.
- Continuous partnership with HR regarding employee satisfaction. Namely, keeping the HR team informed about any issues that might arise in order for them to establish a quick resolution.
- Fostering Core behaviours: Ensuring the Dutch entity set and maintain a standard of excellence when it comes to upholding company behaviours and best practice.
- Ensure that the NL Branch is feeling motivated and morale is where it needs to be to succeed by supporting a positive, collaborative and balanced branch culture. It is also key to promote and support an inclusive and safe work environment - championing this is key.
- Continued partnership with Community manager to make sure that the Dutch branch is compliant with our legal obligation and that relevant paperwork is up to date, as well as compliant.
About you, you have
- A familiarity with local regulatory requirements
- Experience in interacting with local authorities
- Experience in Payments/Banking and able to attract revenues
- Excellent communicator
