• Oracle HCM experience (Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle HCM Cloud, Salesforce, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Taleo or any other module experience in T&L)

• Experience in Functional testing and user acceptance testing and production validation Oracle cloud experience and functional knowledge (PeopleSoft HR experience)

• Experience working on Cloud environments

• Test Automation and Test Planning activities experience

• Test manager Tool knowledge or experience

• Work individually without much dependance on other team members

• Work with offshore team on daily basis to communicate work that needs to be done, checking progress, clarifying questions

• Mandatory skills required: T&L functional tester with expertise in OTL\PS\any application

• Good communication skills to collaborate with Product team, business and onshore and offshore coordination

This role is 100% remote but will be required to work Pacific Standard time hours (PST)
