The Solution Architect (SA) Associate Manager leads small to medium sized sales opportunities in the design and development of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions using standard BPO assets and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Independently drive solutions of small/ medium sized opportunities within a specific domain or drive Agile/ Capacity services solutions across domains with minimal oversight from solutioning leadership
Support the Lead Solution Architect to develop solutions for large opportunities
Work closely with Sales, Capability and Delivery to understand requirements provided by the client (or through an RFP), support the sales process through scoping, sizing, requirement validation, and finally match the requirements to Accenture’s standard offerings
Interface with the delivery organization to shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations, pyramid structure, management, and support, including non-payroll solution components like productivity improvements, tools and automation
Collaborate with multiple teams including Solution Management, Sales, Mobilization, Service Delivery, Operations Technology, Automation, Analytics, Shared Services and Costing Architecture. to define the input required to develop the overall cost model, Share final cost model with the Corporate Transaction Services team for pricing and financials. Work closely with other towers like Accenture Consulting and Technology for multi tower opportunities
Develop the cost model that captures the cost to effectively transition and deliver services based on defined estimating approaches, solutioning standards utilizing established costing and pricing tools contributing to shaping of overall deal economics. Iterate on the solution/ costs and develop alternative solutions and models as needed to get to the target price
Review financial models in Microsoft Excel and other web-based Accenture BPO proprietary tools
Serve as single Point of Contact for the overall solution with accountability for setting up, coordinating and documenting outcomes of all solution reviews, including orchestrating the action points and driving the necessary signoffs from all stakeholders
Align final solution architecture (including statement of work, schedules, and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
Coordinate and ensure appropriate handover of the solution plan to Delivery and Mobilization for closed deals
Contribute to developing assets and standards for the team
Support Training of new joiners and acting as a SME on specific internal tools for the team.
Shifts:
Flexible shifts to support deadlines in meeting client deliverables by interacting with Sales and Delivery resources across different geographies and time zones
Travel:
Willingness to travel as needed to Accenture locations and client sites for face-to-face meetings (up to 25%)
