The Client Success Specialist will make client satisfaction a top priority and must exhibit exceptional customer service skills to effectively support our MCP and LFC clients. Varying by client, they may act as the sole owner of the client relationship or may be in a supporting role assisting the Client Success Executive in managing the relationship and day to day account management. Duties may include, but are not limited to, ServiceNow and support related activities, deployment coordination, release review, and ad hoc client calls. The CSS will be expected to work effectively with various internal teams to drive resolution for their assigned clients’ issues. The ability to build strong relationships with technology leads and business influencers is a must.
