Our Optimization Services team, part of Commerce practice, connects brands and consumers across all channels. You Are:
You're a self-starter, who has a passion for people and understands how client relationships and sales can become the foundation for a company and you've got lots of proven examples of growing brands at retail. You get excited about the sales processes and using this knowledge to solve problems and make an impact. You know how to develop / manage relationships and believe in being memorable. You love the idea of supporting a dynamic and growing organization and making your mark on a business process because you are driven to provide value to the business anyway you can!

In this position, you will:

  • Lead all sales-related activities on behalf of our brand partners at Walmart.

  • In partnership with the brand, develop and spearhead the Walmart multi-channel strategy and ensure maximum sales/profitability results.

  • Act as a liaison between our brand partner and Walmart ensuring first class communication.

  • Assist in Business Development initiatives.

  • Lead sales negotiations on behalf of our brand partners.

  • Develop and implement annual promotional/funding strategies.

  • Constantly challenge Walmart with new initiatives + program opportunities that may typically fall outside of the norm.

  • Explore complimentary partnerships + cross department opportunities to help drive incremental sales.

  • Lead all on-boarding efforts for all new brand partners.

  • Suggest and build merchandising options.

  • Manage all skus and lead forecasting, inventory flow and reporting efforts.

  • Coordinate new item set up and imaging process with internal and external partners.

  • Analyze weekly sales data and communicate insights & trends.

  • Understand competitive market data within the category.

  • Constantly analyze brand performance and suggest/execute ways to improve.

  • Participation in weekly company product/brand evaluation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales experience working directly with Walmart.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Walmart systems.

  • You are brand obsessed and know how to sell stories.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Building great relationships is your thing.

  • You take pride in doing awesome work.

  • You thrive in uncomfortable situations.

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strong business management and organizational skills

  • You are action and detail oriented.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
