We are seeking a dedicated Manager Invoicing & Receivables to ensure accurate billing and efficient receivables management. As a self-driven individual, you will play a crucial role in maintaining invoicing and receivables while working closely with Sales, Product and Finance.

As the Manager Invoicing & Receivables, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling invoicing and receivables, including SLA-related compensations.
• Owning and improving invoicing systems, contributing to their continuous development.
• Conducting revenue analysis and identifying avenues for profitability improvement.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, science, technology, business administration, or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of business and finance.
• Have knowledge of Visma.net or other invoice/ERP-systems.
• You are flexible, proactive, and self-driven, with proficiency in Norwegian and English (and preferably French).
• Additional knowledge of Norwegian/European invoicing regulations and/or debt collection is a plus.
• Insight into payments, payment technology, and various business models.
• Experience collaborating with accounting partners and using accounting systems.
• Proficient knowledge of current accounting rules, regulations, and principles.
