Application form instructions:

You will be required to submit an online application which details your work and education history.

You will then be sent an email which will contain a link to complete an interactive assessment. The assessment will include verbal and numerical reasoning items and two short motivation questions to complete via video. The interactive assessment is untimed and should take around 45 minutes. The interactive assessment is designed to provide a realistic preview of what you may experience as a trainee at Allen & Overy as well as give us an insight into your motivations.

Our Summer Vacation Scheme is for students in their penultimate or final year of study or graduates from any degree discipline. Please note that you can only make one application per recruitment cycle.

Applications open on 4th September 2023 and close on 27th October 2023 (5pm GMT).

The Scheme will take place from 17th to the 28th June 2024, so please ensure you are available to participate, should you be successful in securing a place on the scheme.

Please be advised that we do not recruit on a rolling basis. All applications will be reviewed after the deadline and you should expect to hear from us in the week commencing the 14th November 2023.
