Amazon Robotics is seeking a results-driven Retrofit Intake Program Manager who will be part of the Retrofit Engineering & Program Management team. This role will drive Robotics fleet retrofit projects to improve the performance, reliability and safety of globally deployed robotic and automation systems. Working in close collaboration with Retrofit Engineers, Software/Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance and Reliability and Maintenance (RME) partners, Deployment Engineering, this role will own the intake of all retrofit projects from ideation and requirements through approvals and resourcing.

Key job responsibilities
- Scope and lead cross-functional strategic retrofit projects and initiatives.
- Define and develop data-driven mechanisms for identifying, prioritizing, and steering cross-functional priorities within AR safety, services, and support.
- Manage and improve intake, prioritization, and planning across AR's global field retrofit programs.
- Own communications related to retrofit project planning to AR Leadership, including annual forward-looking planning, quarterly and monthly business updates, and ongoing monitoring of retrofit projects.
- Interact with Engineering, Operations, Support partners and other key stakeholders to define and deliver complex retrofits.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 4+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 4+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience and proven skill in writing white papers, organizational communications, and business cases for Senior Managers and above.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
