Client Service Analyst (US support)

About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled Client Service Analyst, to join our Client Service team in London, reporting to the Head of Client Services.
In this role you will get the chance to work with Operations department, delivering against strict SLA’s and driving the continuous improvement agenda within the department.
What you will be doing
- Manage client queries to strict deadlines
- Assist in client communication
- Analyze and resolve issues promptly
- Develop process improvements to enhance service
- Work in compliance to Banking Circle policies and procedures
- Maintain a client focused work ethic in line with Banking Circle values
- Build a positive and productive relationship with Clients
- Escalation to management on complex client issues and solution
What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, you are a graduate or have up to 3 years’ experience in Payments knowledge is essential (Strong understanding of SWIFT, SWIFT Types, Payment Processing, SEPA & Faster Payments)
Your solid SWIFT Alliance Knowledge and strong Analytical mindset for investigating Payment issues and pushing automated solutions.
You are adaptable to change and can also drive continuous improvement agenda within the Operations department.
As a person you are outgoing, energetic, confident, trustworthy, and execution oriented.
As Banking Circle is an international company it is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.
