About the role

We are looking to hire a skilled Client Solutions Manager, to join our Product Support team in London, reporting to the Head of Product Support. You will become a part of our growing Business Development function, which collaborates with our Sales department, Product Owners, and other colleagues across the organization.

In this role you will get the chance to build technical relationships with customers to determine and meet their needs. You will support and empower internal stakeholders to understand the existing product offering and work closely with our Sales team with getting new features onto the Product roadmap to grow our client portfolio.

What you will be doing

• Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and how to capitalize on them
• Attend client meetings and analyze client requirements for new clients and new products for existing clients
• Initiate projects; including business case for new products
• Conduct User Journey Sessions with Clients to finalize solution requirements
• Work closely with our Product Managers on solution architecture

What we are looking for

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least 5 years of experience from an applicable role in a bank or fintech specialized in cross-border payments, where you successfully have established productive relationships with clients to get a better understanding of their requirements. Having a project management certification will be considered an asset.

Furthermore, you have the ability communicate the status of product and client onboarding in a clear and concise matter, both internally and externally.

As a person you are a knowledge sharing team player with a desire to evolve and learn. You are a self-starter and can execute projects independently, whilst juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English.
