About the role

We are looking to hire a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our CRM team in Copenhagen consisting of three developers and a Tech Lead, reporting to the Engineering Team Lead. The team also has a dedicated PO and BA.

In this role you will get the chance to work on building and maintaining our client and internal facing portals based on Dynamics 365 CRM platform with profound customizations implemented using plugins (C#) and full-standing React applications for advanced UI features and workflows.

What you will be doing

• Build solutions for prioritized business problems
• Optimize and enhance our existing React codebase
• Ensure best in class code quality
• Suggest and implement developer velocity improvements (tools, tests, builds, pipelines)
• Participate as an expert advisor to stakeholders when new features are to be designed
• As an expert in your field share knowledge and recommend best practices to the team

What we are looking for

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have experience from a similar role as a Senior Frontend Developer or Senior Fullstack Developer where you have delivered excellent results. You have an educational background within computer science, engineering, or another applicable field together with experience in building web applications. Relevant domain or Dynamics 365 platform knowledge is seen as an advantage.

We also expect you to have:

• Product mindset: willing to learn our business and solve its problems
• Knowledge and skill in designing clean and maintainable solutions
• Profound experience with React, React-Redux
• Experience with C# is an advantage
• Experience with UI/UX design and accessibility is an advantage
• Capability to troubleshoot existing solutions and propose necessary optimizations
• Experience with Git and Gitflow, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (or similar), unit and integration tests, PRs and code reviews

You are a pro-active team player who is willing to take part in product and technical design discussions and decision making. You have a curiosity to learn and are open to give feedback in a constructive way. We furthermore expect you to be a dependable and knowledge-sharing team-player that cooperates well with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
