About the job:
The Relationship Management department manages Private and Corporate HNWI Clients and active traders and the Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the clients interaction with BG SAXO with the purpose of retaining the clients and develop the relationship.
The position will be placed at our Milan office, and you will work in close collaboration with resources here as well as with specialists from our Copenhagen HQ.
As our Relationship Manager, you will act as a client ambassador within BG SAXO’s value chain, and your tasks in this role will be as follows:
Manage the client interaction to keep client attrition to a minimum.
Manage assigned client portfolio successfully based on factors such as retention, growth, upgrade and reactivation.
Participate in client events and organize clients educational webinars.
Assisting with communicating to clients about new product releases and/or changes to their account
Assisting the client with risk-related matters caused by e.g. margin increase, system changes etc.
Ensuring that new clients are able to trade independently on our various platforms.
Conduct regular account reviews with Sales and Sales Trading
Champion new product capabilities/launches into the existing client base.
You have a customer-centric mindset and your are able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast pace environment. You enjoy engaging with client and colleagues, and while being a great team player, you also thrive with individual tasks. You are able to prioritize and manage your tasks based on given KPI’s.
Moreover, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
Strong understanding of all asset classes (Stocks, ETF, Bond, CFDs, Future, Options and Forex)
Strong understanding of the financial markets
You have prior experience, preferably 2-3 years of working experience.
Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing. Any other additional languages is considered a great advantage.
Strong Consultative/solution sales skills
The ability and curiosity to learn and deeply understand BG SAXO’s services and products.
