About the job:
Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries. Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Processing client requests through CRM tickets with the help of internal operations/Legal teams.
Acting as owner of client queries till the investigation and required resolution is delivered.
Apply analytical approach to the related cases and provide requisite solution.
Working on regulatory tasks like DSAR/FSCS
Handling account management task like Deceased, termination of accounts, audit reporting
Highlight any process gaps/improvements in time for the enhanced client experience.
Owning the client journey to process request as per set procedures and policies.
Prepare EOD review for the tasks handled.
Required experience minimum of 3-5 years in client service.
Ability to understand the customer needs.
Good understanding of Investment products.
Fully competent in CRM usage and queue management.
Good communication skills.
Problem solving attitude.
