Digital Design Specialist

  • Design Requirement Compliance
  • Setup DVP plan in FEDE
  • Manage Deviations including loading in FEDE
  • Maintain timeline of program milestones and FEDE deliverables and communicate to team.
  • Design Requirement Maintenance & Updates
  • Improve requirement robustness by better integrating external influences such as regulations.
  • Develop requirement templates in FEDE
  • Deploy requirements to the design team in a conscience / visual manner leveraging Figma
  • Core Research
  • Help the team stay current on research around human factors related to physical / digital design interfaces.
  • Capture / communicate coming changes to regulations.


  • Preferred degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or Industrial Designer or Electronics Engineering
  • Working knowledge of Human Factors
  • Digital Design Experience is plus
  • Figma experience a plus, but not required.
  • Agile project management (iterative product development) and Jira experience
  • Understanding Subsystem, system validation of automotive architectures (CAN, Ethernet, etc)
  • Teamwork
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Proficiency in English
  • Understanding of the software testing process.
  • Knowledge and usage of agile frameworks such as JIRA
  • Ability to communicate in a written and oral form and interact internationally with other teams.
