The Private Asset Manager of the Center of Expertise Investments provides (tailor-made) investment advice to Private Wealth (PW) and Entrepreneurial Wealth (EW) clients with invested assets from €2.5 million. The broad and expert (tailor-made) advice leads to the acquisition of new and deep-sell from existing relationships. The Private Asset Manager is part of a team that bears regional responsibility for the South East Netherlands region. The Private Asset Manager is creative and a substantively strong investment professional. In addition, he or she is convincing and knows how to convey expertise in a passionate way.

The role and responsibilities

  • Together with the squad you are responsible for realizing the growth of: the Assets under Management, the income, the number of relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • You are primarily the point of contact for family offices in the region and the growth of the invested capital through these offices.
  • You successfully handle Requests for Proposals with the support of the Investment Knowledge Manager.
  • You contribute to knowledge sharing and knowledge development in this area, make an active contribution to the development of craftmanship.
  • You are responsible for proactive quality and risk management in the areas of intake, investment advice and revision, including the careful recording of this in line with internal and external laws and regulations.
  • You are mainly responsible for EW and PW relationships up to €10 million invested capital in advice/management.
  • You acquire jointly with the Relationship Managers EW and PW within your own region.
  • You are responsible for proactive quality and risk management in the field of customer acceptance and revision, including careful recording, and you act in line with internal and external laws and regulations. You have a highly developed professional judgment for this.
  • You identify holistic customer needs and are well able to conduct strategic customer conversations.

Specific knowledge and experience

  • At least 3 years of demonstrable experience and affinity with integrated Advice and Management investment services.
  • Academic working and thinking level, supplemented with DSI Advisory Customization.
  • Demonstrable acquisition and sales skills and a real team player.
  • Knowledge, experience and diplomas in the field of asset structuring (WFT Vermogen).
  • In-depth knowledge of taxation, family governance, philanthropy and private equity.
  • Expertise in the relationship ecosystem and associated non-banking solutions, in addition to an exhaustive knowledge of both corporate and retail banking products.
  • Skills to conduct remote customer calls.
