Service Manager - Wholesale Banking Tech
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Manager who can bring service level management to the next maturity level for Wholesale Banking Tech and is able to drive standardization across IT Areas. In addition, we are looking for someone who can provide subject matter expertise on third-party contract management and compliancy to EBA guidelines.
Wholesale Banking Tech focusses on facilitating the functional and product-oriented activities of the Wholesale Banking division across borders with technology solutions. This is underpinned by a clear purpose: Drive the Tech foundation to be the best digital Wholesale Bank. The organisation consists of multiple product tribes that provide high-quality services to a myriad of service receivers.
You will be part of the WB Tech Business Management Team. This team, consisting of 5 people, delivers a wide array of capabilities to all WB Tech domains such as portfolio management, consultancy, sourcing support and communication expertise. You will work closely together with our Manilla based team that will be executing the administrative activities around service level management.
Role and responsibilities
Act as the central process manager for service-related matters, such as overseeing complex changes to services and managing the clarification of cost profiles and charging plans.
Drive strategic service reviews and support follow-up actions.
Provide subject matter expertise on third-party contract management and ensure compliance to EBA guidelines.
Ensure accurate definition of ITSS schedule in third-party contracts, conducting periodic control assurance to guarantee adherence to established standards.
Play a key role in driving standardization on service descriptions and charging across WB Tech to ensure quality- and data consistency.
Drive automation of service usage data collection.
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Knowledge of service level management and third-party contract management
- Understanding of IT systems
- Experience with data processing and automation
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills: written and oral,
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Proven planning & organizational skills, Strong organizational sensitivity and stakeholder management skills,
