PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Our customer is a world-leading provider of transport solutions, driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system and creating a world of mobility that is better for business, society, and the environment.

You will be working in a team responsible for developing microservices to support a Fleet Management Administration Tool - a core service that is used by several teams in different areas of the same product.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

• Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code for .NET C# microservices (including Unit Tests and Integration Tests)
• Create Infrastructure for Services to be deployed in AWS, which entails knowledge of AWS services, CloudFormation, the Serverless framework, Gitlab CI/CD, CDK, Docker
• Helping maintain code quality and adhering to best practices
• Analyzing and translating requirements into tasks
• Providing feedback to the customer and the team
• Identifying and investigating issues described by the customer
• Creating estimates, identifying assumptions and development risks, proposing solutions
• Creating/updating/reviewing technical documentation
• Participating in peer reviews, scrum ceremonies and architecture and design brainstorming sessions

TECHNICAL PLAYGROUND:

• 4+ years of software development experience in a .NET ecosystem
• Good knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API
• Knowledge of AWS
• Experience working with the Microservice architecture
• Good knowledge of Unit & Integration Testing (.NET)

SOFT SKILLS:

• Fluent in English
• Open to give and receive feedback
• Proactive and result-driven
• Engineering mindset
• Willingness to learn new technologies

NICE TO HAVE:

• Ability to quickly ramp up on multiple technology areas
• Experience with Agile methodology
• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering
