This position can be remote in the US or hybrid in one of our US offices.
About the job:
As a Director of Market Planning for Fraud Analytics, your responsibility is to manage the fraud analytic solution set from both a business and product roadmap perspective, understanding market needs and building out any gaps with a buy/build/partner approach. This position requires supporting the needs of various stakeholder groups (Sales, Corporate Strategy, Product, Analytics and Marketing.) You will be responsible for defining, owning, and driving a roadmap to deliver on the market needs for fraud analytics, ensuring a strong Go-To-Market for sales to serve customer needs.
You'll be responsible for:
Working with cross-functional organizations to coordinate the strategic and tactical direction for fraud analytic solutions.
Understanding customer needs around fraud analytic solutions to address consumer identity risks within the customer journey.
Ability to identify fraud analytic needs, including messaging to customers and pricing.
Proactively identifying key solution delivery requirements for fraud analytics solutions and coordinates with the product management, professional services and sales teams on delivery approach and go to market activities.
Ensuring the proper execution of strategy by facilitating communication and alignment with Product, Professional Services, Marketing and Sales teams for key accounts.
Identifying use cases and coordinate case studies with Marketing to illustrate successful examples.
Accountable for adoption and success rates of fraud analytic solutions.
Qualifications:
Requires a BS or equivalent educational achievement.
Requires a minimum of 5+ years related technical and professional experience.
Skills required include business acumen, strategic planning, organizational assessment, creativity, highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, quantitative analytical abilities and outstanding communication skills.
The ability to work effectively within a cross functional organization and experience developing strategic product roadmaps.
