About the job: 

You will ensure successful on-boarding of new clients and coordinate all internal and external activities to support client product implementations.  Managing external and internal stakeholder expectations on new product client delivery.  In this role you will be a product expert and ensure successful client product utilisation. The role will be based in the UK (Nottingham) supporting new and existing customers in UK&I.

You’ll be responsible for: 

• Relationship management of specific clients during delivery process and beyond to support further product take-up
• Clear customer requirements
• Delivering specific client and product take-on activities
• Liaising with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
• Coordination of internal resources and external partners to on-board new clients
• Client relationships
• Project planning and delivery
• Business analysis and requirements documentation
• Commercial awareness of product delivery and client impact
• Project coordination and communication of status across the business
• Stakeholder management across all business levels, including clients, distribution channels and data partners
• Project documentation
• Manage change effectively
• Provide pre-sales support
• Provide hand-over support to Client Support function
• Support Client Service Reviews
• Influence and drive continuous improvement in delivery process
