Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services.
You’ll be responsible for:
Responsibilities are within the Technical Customer Support
Technical Customer Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines Problem
Solving: Performs moderately complex and varied tasks Impact: Impacts the quality and quantity of own work and its contribution to the team Interpersonal Skills:
Using communication skills to effectively exchange information; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
Responsible for collecting, processing, and summarizing traffic court data to review.
Reviewing and analyze traffic court data for accuracy utilizing critical thinking tools.
Utilize Standard Operating Procedures and other resources such as SQL to accurately deliver project feeds before their assigned deadlines.
Identifying, Analyzing, and Interpreting trends to patterns in complex data sets.
Troubleshooting issues that arise from project feeds to determine the best course of action to remediate the issue so that the delay in delivery for the customer can be avoided.
Communicating with other analysts, managers, developers to provide necessary feedback on feeds when issues have been reported.
Working with team and management to prioritize business needs to meet team goals.
Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities to help with efficiency gains.
Requires proficiency in a range of analytical and technical processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks.
Developing proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training and on-the-job experience Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.
