About the job:

Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Responsibilities are within the Technical Customer Support

• Technical Customer Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines Problem

• Solving: Performs moderately complex and varied tasks Impact: Impacts the quality and quantity of own work and its contribution to the team Interpersonal Skills:

• Using communication skills to effectively exchange information; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.

• Responsible for collecting, processing, and summarizing traffic court data to review.

• Reviewing and analyze traffic court data for accuracy utilizing critical thinking tools.

• Utilize Standard Operating Procedures and other resources such as SQL to accurately deliver project feeds before their assigned deadlines.

• Identifying, Analyzing, and Interpreting trends to patterns in complex data sets.

• Troubleshooting issues that arise from project feeds to determine the best course of action to remediate the issue so that the delay in delivery for the customer can be avoided.

• Communicating with other analysts, managers, developers to provide necessary feedback on feeds when issues have been reported.

• Working with team and management to prioritize business needs to meet team goals.

• Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities to help with efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

• Requires proficiency in a range of analytical and technical processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks.

• Developing proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training and on-the-job experience Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.
