The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base, including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
SessionM offers a full suite of technology and services to deliver a customized end-to-end loyalty marketing solution that makes your customers happier and businesses more profitable. Our product team loves solving complex problems utilizing data and analytics, but we also obsess about customer experience.
Role Objective: To help SessionM scale and grow revenue globally by implementing/executing GTM strategies, developing sales enablement and supporting commercialization activities.
Support productization efforts for key product integration initiatives underway with other Mastercard products
Assist in launching, expanding use, and optimizing SessionM solutions in existing and new markets
Partner with Product Development and Customer Success teams to become a ‘SME’ on key customer segment (e.g., Retail) needs and related platform functionalities
Support the creation and execution of GTM strategies for key markets and segments (e.g., Retail) – this involves working with cross functional groups to build case studies, develop new sales enablement content etc.
Align with product marketing to drive segment-specific priorities and content creation
All About You:
Strong product management background preferably in Marketing Technology / Loyalty space
Experience in building and executing GTM strategies at a vertical and country/regional level
Retail sector experience, ideally in driving loyalty strategy for top consumer brands
Ability to successfully work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Passion for technology, strong personal interest in marketing technology landscape
Experienced in strategy and content development related to technology product enablement
