Global Product Management - Product Growth Specialist

Mastercard Data & Services encompasses Mastercard's offerings beyond the transaction. We provide customers across industries and geographies with a tailored portfolio of solutions to address their business pain points. Within Data & Services the Engines organization within Consulting and Innovation aims at bringing to market innovative solutions combining the power of consulting and technology. With compelling offerings for financial institutions, retailers, telecommunications organizations, travel companies and more, our services drive efficiency and value and enable our customers to solve business problems from end to end. The role will lead initiatives to support the growth and scalability of the Market Trends ecosystem & product line business worldwide.

Job Description:
This role is focused on growing the product presence in the industry, from awareness to adoption.

Example of activities
• Deliver digital product marketing projects and solutions including data-driven digital campaigns, marketing automation, and lifecycle management initiatives for Mastercard Market Trends ecosystem.
• Support events newsletter operation, CRM & Ad hoc email campaigns.
• Lead Social Channels (i.e. LinkedIn) strategy, execution, expansion, reporting and research industry best practices, and keep up-to-date with latest platform enhancements.
• Work closely with D&S Marketing to ensure successful promotion of Market Trends ecosystem content, i.e. LinkedIn
• Project manage E2E Monthly thought leadership campaigns.
• Lead Search Engine Optimization and search engine marketing for Market Trends ecosystem
• Become webinar execution expert, support the Market Trends ecosystem with virtual events.
• Work and guide speakers to determine pre/post webinar communication strategy and presentation.
• Develop and implement guidelines, protocols, and best practices for conducting webinars.
• Research, gather and implement different communication & engagement channels focused on product database growth and audience diversification.
• Support and assist the regional teams to ensure implementation of various user engagement initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities to grow & engage Mastercard Market Trends user base.
• Consolidate activities with KPI metrics to define impacts & learnings.
• Collaborate with a variety of internal Mastercard teams including sales, marketing, legal, delivery, technical teams, and others to deliver our go to market strategy.
• Communicate new information, industry trends, best practices, and market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Regional teams in events participation, and implementation of best practices

• English Fluency and comfortable talking to customers in English
• Self-motivated, strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and communication skills
• Open to navigate technical conversations
• Experience in data manipulation and effectively communicating observations and findings.
• Interest in social media and webinar execution, experience is a plus
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Professional experience in financial services, cards, payments, consulting, or related fields is a plus.
• Comfortable working with people in different time zones, as we are a global team
