Title and Summary

Senior Coordinator, Product

Job Purpose:

Handle various responsibilities in the Transmission Operation team, including processing and monitoring transactions across regions.

• Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents.
• Monitor transactions and provide support globally for credit to account and wallets.
• Monitor SLA/ TAD and ensure all measures are taken to avoid breaches.
• Monitor the traffic and flow of transmission through different tools for real time rejections & errors.
• Manage back-end transaction operations in TFC, PIMS, DX2 configurations, auto and manual routing, payer switching, retransmission, cancellation etc.
• Manage and control transmission routing through API, FTP, File upload.
• Escalate and resolve the relevant transmission issues with RSP and keep regular follow up.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Skills & Knowledge Required

• Knowledge of MS Office applications and computer proficiency
• A capability to learn new internal applications and utilize them in the course of day-to-day operations.
• Financial/Reconciliation Background.
