Who You'll Work With

You will be based in Madrid as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey.

S4G is a newly acquired company by McKinsey and is a world leading Salesforce consultancy group ranked as a top 10 Salesforce Partner worldwide. The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management.

What You'll Do

You will configure and develop business oriented IT solutions on the Salesforce platform: APEX, VF, LWC and REST and SOAP architectures.

You will work in project documentation, data modelling and technical design in the whole implementation cycle. You will also collaborate on maintenance, incident resolution and data migration tasks. You will work alongside S4G team members and fellow McKinsey colleagues on validation and control of technical designs in the team. You will support junior developers which teaching best coding practices.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, mathematics or master
3+ years of APEX programming
Knowledge of Databases and SQL
Autonomous, independent and self-taught person with a high capacity for teamwork and initiative
Passion for technology
C1 English level
