Together they’ll be responsible for building distinctive brands in the market and driving long-term growth.

The Opportunity

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery of a 360-degree regional marketing strategy and plan to build awareness and engagement through our brand(s) and effective campaigns that connect with customers, tie strategy to execution and deliver results. The Regional Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in realising our vision and positioning the Group and its brands as the go-to-expert in the local market, collaborating closely with colleagues across the team to ensure campaign success.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver the marketing plan as set by the Regional Marketing Lead to deliver on the strategy.

  • Regularly monitor competitors and their activity across different capabilities (and within verticals), to shape and inform current and future campaigns.

  • Manage the careful segmentation of target audiences to ensure our audience benefit from all relevant propositions without over targeting.

  • Assist in the rollout of new brands across the region, working closely with the global team to ensure local plans are fit for purpose.

  • Leverage global campaign materials from the verticals and capabilities team to deliver integrated, cross sector demand generation campaigns in the region.

  • Identify and organise regional channels to market to reach out target audiences in the region.

  • Be the single point of contact for regional campaigns: Identifying relevant effective channels to market in region, managing execution, tracking effectiveness, adhering to budget, delivering on time and on target.

  • Manage internal and external agency partners, or in-house colleagues, to create such campaign assets, tactics, and event execution.

  • Deliver local events in accordance with the global events and brand experience strategy.

  • Work closely with digital and communications teams to ensure timely campaign delivery, execution, feedback, and optimization.

  • Work on ad hoc global project such as global product launches.

  • Support the sales enablement alongside all campaigns, passing on insight from data or sales conversations to evolve and improve campaigns over time.

  • Any other duties as required from time to time.
