The Opportunity

This role is to lead a team of Technical Assurance specialists located in a geographic region, who have the skills and capacity to advise and assess clients' Cybersecurity needs and deliver tailored solutions that identify and solve their Cybersecurity challenges.

The role holder will work collaboratively with the Markets teams in their region and others within Service & Delivery globally to deliver quality and efficient solutions that grow revenue while managing utilization levels and gross margins in the region.

The role holder has a responsibility to create a flexible, and engaged TAS team that is capable and motivated to deliver quality solutions for clients within the region. They will be the visible leader and role model for all of the TAS team in the region and a key presence in the global TAS leadership team.

The Challenge

  • Innovates and develops the TAS solutions portfolio to tailor it as required for their regional market.

  • Broadly supports the delivery of TAS practice services as follows:

  • Web Application / Web Service Security

  • Mobile Application Security

  • Code Review & Native App Security

  • Application Design Review & Threat Modeling

  • Cryptographic Services

  • Blockchain Security

  • Cloud Security

  • Containers & Orchestration Security

  • Infrastructure Security Assessment

  • Full Spectrum Attack Simulation

  • Hardware & Embedded Security

  • Leads the core delivery operational capability for NCC Group's Technical Advisory Services in the region.

  • Drives collaboration across the TAS team in the region to consistently and efficiently deliver tailored solutions, ensuring the quality-of-service delivery meets client expectations – measured by client engagement metrics.

  • Leads and develops an exceptional team of consultants that provide excellent technical subject matter expertise to client engagements in the region.

  • Responsible for capacity and capability planning for the TAS team in the region to meet client demand/sales forecast and skills requirements.

  • Ensures the regional delivery model is efficient, effective, and scalable, using a flexible resourcing model to ensure that the right resources (capability, client needs, and cost) are deployed to all projects in the region.

  • Manages regional resource costs and utilization to support gross margin delivery.

  • Responsible for technical and operational performance in the region, achieved by using robust and consistent systems, process, and performance management practices.

  • Works with others to ensure the TAS portfolio evolves as client needs and market dynamics change, using insights and intelligence to inform our thinking.

  • Ensures that effective project and program management standards are used throughout client engagements in the region to deliver cost-effective client solutions.

  • Collaborates with others in Service and Delivery, the Market teams, and others to ensure that sales opportunities are developed and TAS solutions are delivered in a way that builds client satisfaction, grows revenue, and manages gross margin in the region.

  • Works with Regional Market leads to ensure that TAS supports the management of each regional GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy.

  • Develops the capability of the regional TAS team to provide TAS expertise.

  • Provides a home base for all TAS colleagues in the region, providing career growth, capability building, and engagement – using people engagement scores as one indicator.

  • Collaborates with Delivery and Sales Ops to develop efficient and effective processes, including governance, reporting, and forecasting in the region.

  • Uses regional processes to ensure efficiencies and regional ways of working are implemented consistently.

  • Leads on specific sales opportunities and client relationships based on clearly defined criteria for involvement in the region.

Essential Skills

  • Led a large regional team of technical people in a matrix organization.

  • Strategic thinking in a global organization, converting strategy into regional plans.

  • Complex budget management – cost utilization across the region managed in a dynamic environment.

  • Leadership of a large, flexible, and remote team, with diverse capabilities and cultures in the region.

  • Planning, forecasting, and resource management, across the region in a dynamic environment.

  • Client-focused with the ability to lead client engagements in the region.

  • Significant understanding of Technical Assurance Services so able to lead teams, guide new opportunities, and understand client requirements throughout the delivery journey in the region.

  • Foresight and experience of continuously improving processes and increasing efficiencies in a global organization.

  • Experience driving significant change and transformation, ideally gained in a technology business in a global organization.

  • Proven track record of technical delivery and client relationship management at C-Suite level in the region.

  • Inspiring leader, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, creating an approachable and supportive environment for colleagues in the region.

  • Coaching/development focus, growing talent internally with a client-centric approach and technical skillset in the region.
