Location: Hybrid in Manchester/Cheltenham/London/Madrid, with the expectation of 1 day in the office.

The Opportunity:

NCC are at the forefront of information assurance activities in the UK. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to work as a full-time Project Resource Coordinator. You will be responsible for the scheduling and allocation of consultancy resource in a fast and efficient manner, ensuring revenue potential is maximized across the group and individual projects are assigned to the most appropriate resources.

Experience / Skills:

  • Good MS Office and Office 365 skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Previous experience of resource scheduling and allocation is essential.

  • Ability to influence people and progress tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional organisation skills.

  • Good problem solver

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.

  • Ability to manage high volume of transactions and juggle multiple responsibilities.

The Challenge

  • To match the skill sets of consultants to client requirements.

  • Allocate the consultants’ time to jobs.

  • Keep the schedule up to date and accurate at all times.

  • To respond to queries and resolve issues that arise.

  • To liaise with clients and account managers regarding staff availability and job scheduling.

  • Identifying project red flags, potential pitfalls, or staffing challenges and escalating to regional leadership.

  • Coordinating with the broader scheduling team to ensure efforts are in sync and resources are appropriately maximized

  • Contributing to work with teams across the organization on other special projects.

  • To liaise with consultants regarding workload and job allocation.

  • High-level administrative experience in a busy environment supporting several staff/consultants with the ability to be resilient and flexible.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience of project management processes.

  • Experience of Salesforce and Kimble would be an advantage.
