MXDRM Product Manager
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead the services solution strategy and portfolio for NCC Group’s Managed Extended Detection and Response for Microsoft (MXDRM) proposition
The Product Manager for MXDRM will define review NCC Global Managed Services (GMS) capability for MXDRS. Will then develop and iterate on a strategy that oversees all aspects of the solution positioning from presales through to operations.
The MXDRM role plays a pivotal role in the development and direction of the broader GMS MXDR and GMS strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth and success of our MXDR services, contributing to our customers' cybersecurity posture
Key Accountabilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for MXDR for Micrsoft (MXDRM) services, aligning with the company's overall cybersecurity goals and market demands.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, group product, operations, and technical operations to define product requirements, prioritize feature development, and oversee the product development lifecycle.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for MXDRM products, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and translate insights into product improvements and innovations.
Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notes, to ensure clear communication and user support.
Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of MXDR products, regularly reporting on product performance and recommending improvements.
Compliance and Security: Ensure MXDR products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity best practices.
Sales enablement Together with sales and marketing teams, create effective sales collateral, marketing materials, and campaigns to promote MXDR products.
Functional and Technical Skills
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in product management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of MXDR and EDR marketplace along with key technologies, most importantly solutions integrated with Splunk and Microsoft
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on managed security service and threat detection
Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions and SaaS business models.
Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration.
Strong network within the cybersecurity industry.
Understanding of data analytics and machine learning as they relate to threat detection.
