The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in cultivating and managing strategic accounts within the industrials and transport verticals. This role is instrumental in driving our growth and reinforcing our commitment to cybersecurity excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy for strategic clients within the industrials and transport verticals, aligning with our global business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and consultant on cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and aligning our cybersecurity solutions with their evolving requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging threats within the industrials and transport sectors to position our company as a leader in industrial cybersecurity.
  • Solution Customisation: Collaborate with internal technical and solutions teams to tailor our cybersecurity offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and NCC group, while maintaining profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, marketing, and delivery teams, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree educated.

  • Proven track record in business development and account management within the cybersecurity industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of CNI sectors and cybersecurity challenges within these industries.

  • Demonstrated success in selling complex cybersecurity solutions to strategic clients.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as needed
