The Opportunity:

The Regional Marketing Manager for North America will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing plan to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for software resilience across the region.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing multi-channel marketing activities within the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.

You will work in our Software Resilience Marketing Team where you will gather knowledge, plan and execute a wide range of cross sector campaigns targeting both software vendors and licensees in markets including financial services and critical infrastructure.

With a watchful eye on the market, you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to identify key market trends and manage campaign strategy that supports brand development and demand generation to grow the NCC Group Software Resilience business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement regional marketing plans that align with software resilience overall marketing and business goals.

  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to

  • a. contributes knowledge of local regional markets and competitive insight,

  • b. identifies and plan local channels to market as part of the marketing plan and, c. tailor and adapt campaigns and initiatives to suit regional needs

  • Plan and execute integrated 360-degree (whole of funnel) marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with colleagues across marketing, events, brand and communications from beginning to end.

  • Monitor regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective communication, lead handoff, and alignment on marketing efforts.

  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimizations.

  • Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance the impact of marketing initiatives.

  • Act as the regional brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.

  • Drive innovation in marketing strategies by staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

  • Proven eperience in multi-channel.

  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer behaviors.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics to make informed decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of innovation in marketing

  • Proven campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
