What is Noda?

Noda is an Open Banking payments platform, licensed in the UK as a Payment Institution. We are a fintech company with a solution that enables direct payments from your customers to your bank account. Our service is suitable for any kind of online business in the UK and EU. Our company is growing rapidly and in 2023 we are planning to expand into markets such as Canada and Australia.

What will you do?

Communicate with 3 types of partners:

• Connectivity Partners:

- maintaining existing relationships, work on issues, coverage, progress etc.

• Banking Partners:

- create new relationships (search for new partners online and through existing contacts and attend related events, conferences)

- negotiate commercials

- coordinate onboarding

- maintain existing relationships

• Acquiring partners:

- create new relationships (search for new partners online and through existing contacts, attend related events, conferences)

- negotiate better deals

- negotiate commercials

- maintain existing relationships

What are your skills and experience?

• Similar work experience FinTech, banking and/or finance fields (1-3 years+)
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to conduct complex negotiations and bargain for the best terms
• English level is upper-intermediate or above (oral and written) and good level of Russian
• Excellent communication skills
