Our Associate Partners are key leaders who drive the success and shape of our firm and play an integral role in revenue generation, account management & client delivery, culture, and governance reporting directly to the SiaXperience Business Line Partner. Utilizing your proven track record of sales & business development, you will drive personal revenue goals through exceptional delivery.
You will leverage your industry-specific relationships in the financial services, legal, and technology industries to create relationships with C-Suite and senior executives to understand their organizational needs and recommend value-added solutions such as design thinking, brand strategy, ESG, and strategic consulting. As an ever-evolving firm, we understand the impact of AI on creative and design processes as well.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Act in a leading sales role and intellectual property development, including seeking out and securing new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships
- Overall responsibility for account success covering all aspects of client engagement(s)
- Oversee key accounts and client relationships
- Lead business development efforts and prospecting conversations, representing Sia’s value proposition in relevant contexts
- Leverage existing network and foster new relationships to originate new sales for the firm
- Establish oneself as a client partner across multiple levels of seniority
- Create exciting and additive intellectual capital through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and PR opportunities
- Be able to successfully manage a minimum of $3M in revenue and originate $1.5M of new revenue
Account Ownership & Client Delivery
- Act as day-to-day leadership for client projects and aspects of client relationships and commercial processes within those relationships
- Be actively involved in go-to-market strategies and market-facing initiatives to drive growth and revenue
- Manage team resources to ensure delivery is provided on time
- Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
- Lead and manage complex programs and firm building activities
- Lead and own at least one key account
Governance
- Integral member of SiaXperience leadership
- Provide long-term guidance and advice to junior staff members
- Provide recommendations for the direction of SiaXperience
- Be an active member of firmwide initiatives and activities that cultivate the firm on a broader level
- Work collaboratively with firm support staff to accomplish the goals of the practice
- Be a key interviewer and active participant in recruitment activities for the firm
